Gopherd is the name we use as independent developers of utility apps. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the independent developers behind Gopherd.

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub processes information associated with hosting and delivering the website as described in the GitHub Privacy Statement. We also use an email provider to receive and respond to support messages. These providers may process information needed to provide their services. App stores process purchases under their own terms and policies. Additional providers used by a particular app are described in that app’s notice.

We may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, or defend legal rights. We do not sell information received through this website or support correspondence.

5. Retention and security

We keep support correspondence and related information for as long as reasonably needed to resolve your request, maintain relevant records, and meet applicable legal obligations.
